Unsuccessful transcripts
A transcript that cannot be completed does not consume credits. You can retry with a different public source or upload the media file directly.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
Contact support with the account email, charge date, and amount. Confirmed duplicate charges will be reviewed for reversal through the original payment method.
Unused credit packs
Refund eligibility for unused paid credits depends on purchase age, local law, and whether any credits from the pack have been consumed. Submit requests through the contact page.
